General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ck444 aps website, mobile platform, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

All services are provided in English and denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the ck444 aps Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, the Terms shall prevail.

ck444 aps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You are at least 18 years of age. ck444 aps does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. Players suspected of being under 18 will have their accounts suspended and all associated funds frozen pending age verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All bets, deposits, and withdrawals must be made using funds that belong solely to you and from payment methods registered in your own name.
• You are not a self-excluded player. If you have previously requested a self-exclusion on ck444 aps or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new account during the self-exclusion period.
• You have not been previously banned or had an account permanently closed by ck444 aps for a breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of ck444 aps services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. ck444 aps reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck444 aps will close the duplicate account(s), void any pending bets, and may forfeit any bonus funds or winnings generated through the duplicate account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck444 aps applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to all accounts prior to the first withdrawal and periodically thereafter. KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)

Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within 30 days may be declined and the funds returned to the player's account balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

ck444 aps offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as communicated at the time of the offer. The following general bonus conditions apply to all ck444 aps promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome deposit bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus amount and percentage match are as stated in the active promotion. Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within the validity period of the bonus.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on ck444 aps are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the relevant rules before placing a bet. The following general betting and gaming conditions apply across all ck444 aps product verticals:

Cricket Betting: All cricket markets on ck444 aps — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are settled in accordance with official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, ck444 aps reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes. In-play bets accepted after the conclusion of an event due to a technical delay will be voided.

Casino Games: All casino games offered on ck444 aps use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is not modifiable by ck444 aps. Any malfunction of a game voids all plays and associated stakes for the affected round.

Crash Games: Crash games including those available under the Crash Bonus section operate on a provably fair basis. The multiplier at which the game ends is determined by a certified algorithm. Once a player has cashed out, the bet is settled at the cash-out multiplier regardless of subsequent game outcomes.

Texas Hold'em Poker: Poker table rules follow standard Texas Hold'em conventions. Players are prohibited from using any third-party software, bots, or decision-making tools at the poker tables. Collusion between players is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck444 aps. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with or place bets on the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or latency to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Colluding with other players, whether through shared accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or communication during live game sessions
• Using payment methods not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits on behalf of another person
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a deposit after using associated funds for betting on the Platform
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck444 aps staff or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform's backend infrastructure, source code, or administrative systems

ck444 aps employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, ck444 aps will take all appropriate action including account closure, withholding of funds, and referral to relevant authorities. Players affected by an enforcement decision may submit a formal dispute through the support channel within 30 days of the decision.

Account Suspension & Closure

ck444 aps reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspected fraudulent activity, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

Voluntary Account Closure: Players who wish to close their ck444 aps account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus funds not yet subject to a completed wagering requirement will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Involuntary Suspension: Where ck444 aps suspends an account pending investigation of suspected prohibited conduct, the player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity are not returnable.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling behaviour may be causing harm may request a self-exclusion period of 6 months or longer. Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. ck444 aps will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administrative fee. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support directly.
